It is easy to be a seller with ZiFiti. Please fill out the Seller Application Form as a first step towards being a seller. We will review your application and get back to you with details on how to create a seller account. You just need to create an account for yourself by going to My Account and choosing Create new account. Fill all the mandatory information marked as (*) and you are ready to sell with us. Please make sure the information provided is correct in order to avoid delays in activating your account.

ZiFitiFresh is an Indian Grocery Store located in College Plaza off Route 10 East in Randolph, NJ 07869. We carry over 5,000 popular grocery items including fresh produce. We also deliver to our customers living within 10 mile radius. You may conveniently order online and we deliver the groceries to your doorsteps.

Our team associates carefully handpick and pack each item in your order, paying special attention to fresh produce and delicate items like eggs & glass containers. At the time of picking all produce is accurately weighed as per the order.

All our key business processes are automated so we do not allow any changes in the order once placed. In extremely rare cases we might be able to accommodate if the order has not been printed and picked. We request you to take time while placing the order rather than request changes in the order later.

As soon as you place the order, we authorize the amount and it will show as 'pending' in your account. Once we ship the items, we adjust cancellations, if any, and then charge the actual amount.

Our delivery associate will get in touch with you when delivering, at the number provided in the order. If we can not reach you, then the order will be dropped at the common area/front door.

Refunds will be given only if the delivered order has items that are damaged, missed out, or incorrectly sent. You must initiate a refund request within 24 hours after delivery by emailing us at support@zifitifresh.com.
